Returns
Exchange or store credit ONLY. Our policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return in the form of store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return in the form of store credit , your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You must obtain a return authorization # from Canyon Skye by emailing us at returns@canyonskye.com prior to returning your unused items.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and are FINAL SALE only.
-Gift cards
-Sale items and Clearance items
-International orders
-Items purchased during live events or trade shows
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a return authorization #.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no or only partial refunds are granted:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Store Credit:
Please allow 5 business days for processing once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit for items returned.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your Canyon Skye account within 2 business days once your return has been finalized.
Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items, clearance items, and international orders cannot be returned and are final sale.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange your item for the same item in a different size, send us an email at returns@canyonskye.com to obtain a RA# and send your item to:

You will be responsible for shipping costs for exchanged item.
Return Shipping:
To return your item(s), you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
We recommend using USPS Priority mail when shipping your return. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Canyon Skye is not responsible for lost, undeliverable, or damaged packages or packages that do not contain a tracking number.
WHEN USING STORE CREDIT/ONLINE GIFT CARD:
We cannot change or edit an order once it's placed, this includes cancelling an item or entire order.
Please be sure to enter valid coupon or promotion code before finalizing and placing your order as we cannot alter or make corrections once the order is placed.
Please verify and confirm your shipping address and email address are correct before placing your order.
If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the shipment notification with your tracking number .
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING EXCHANGES and STORE CREDIT :
Once your return package is received by Canyon Skye, a store credit in the form of an online gift card for the amount originally paid for the item(s) being returned minus original shipping charges and any applied coupon or promotion code will be emailed to you within 2 business days once your return has been finalized.
-PRIOR SALE coupon or promotion codes DO NOT carry over and WILL NOT be applied when using store credit.
-Customer may apply a current coupon or promotion code if available during checkout when using store credit.
-Canyon Skye will honor even exchange of same item/different size. Additional shipping charges will apply.
-If doing an even exchange for same item/different size, we will email you a link to pay for the shipping of the exchanged item(s).
