Shipping policy
SHIPPING:
-Orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 days once we receive your order, unless order contains a preorder item (see below).
-Orders are shipped via USPS.
-Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email to the email address provided. -Tracking your package is available on the USPS website with the provided tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours from the receipt of the email confirming your order has shipped to track your package.
-Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday excluding Holidays; please be mindful of this when selecting your shipping method.
-All times stated below EXCLUDE Holidays unless a special shipping promotion is advertised our home page.
-Please consider the shipping times indicated below when selecting your shipping method.
PREORDERS:
-Please carefully read the preorder item listing for specific shipping times.
-Orders will be delayed and shipped in full when all preorder items are in stock regardless of shipping method chosen at time order was placed.
-If you would like your non-preorder items to ship within our standard shipping policy, you will need to place a separate order containing the in stock items only.
-PREORDER items may be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped, however, a 20% processing/handling fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
US SHIPPING:
-(Priority Mail) 2 business days processing/handling time + transit time for shipping method. Transit time for Priority Mail is typically 2-4 business days. Priority Mail is Insured.
-Tracking number provided and available through USPS tracking system in 24-48 hours following shipping confirmation email.
-Once your package has left our warehouse and is scanned by USPS, we no longer have control of the package and you will need to contact USPS regarding any transit delays.
-We do not replace lost/stolen/damaged packages.
-We do not accept any special request for shipping times or carriers.
-If your package is undeliverable and returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply and will be charged to your original form of payment before the package can be resent.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
-3-4 business days processing & handling time (Priority Mail) + transit time for shipping method. Transit time for International shipments can be 6-10+ days depending on location, customs, and shipping method.
-Please consider transit times when selecting your shipping method.
-Priority Mail is Insured, First Class Mail is not Insured.
-Any and all taxes and duty fees are the responsibility of the you, the purchaser.

US & INTERNATIONAL:
-We cannot change or edit an order once it's placed, this includes cancelling an item or entire order.
-Please be sure to enter valid coupon or promotion code before finalizing and placing your order as we cannot alter or make corrections once the order is placed.
Please verify and confirm your shipping address and email address are correct before placing your order.
-If your email address is incorrect, you will not receive the shipment notification with your tracking number .
